Always show the you in you that makes you the you that you are.

I love this quote! Basically be true to yourself and BE yourself! I like this one it resonates with me especially as I get older and mature.

There is one area that I have learned to refrain from and that is the area of advice. (people seem to love giving other people advice) Generally speaking, advice is best given when asked for. As I get older, the more I realize that to each their own, and I really try not to suggest things to people or offer advice when it isn't asked.

I like both of these ladies.. I mean Rhianna usually knocks it out.... but these outfits are not good.

HOW SWEET

Lately my husband and I are obsessed with making red yams!
All you have to do is pre heat the oven for a bit..... slice the yams and baste them with
a little vegetable oil and some light brown sugar and heat!
These are so amazing and so much healthier than fries (minus the brown sugar of course)!
