Looking Back: Editorial

"CLOSE TO YOU"

I was looking through some editorial photos that Jeanelle Cuthbert and I styled for a beauty shoot a few months back. We worked with Paige Craig and she took some of the most beautiful shots ever. It's not difficult when you are working with Ashley Wood, an absolutely stunning model and delight to work with. I realize how much I enjoy working on editorials and putting looks together. There's just something about the experience I cannot put into words kind of like when you hear your favorite song.

Crushing Velvet

I am totally crushing on this purple crushed velvet blazer I found thrifting at Crossroads. I have never really been a fan of crushed velvet, until I found this piece by BCBG (with
original tags attached and all). Throw this on with jeans and a t shirt or over an LBD and you are complete. I rocked it with
a black t from American Apparel and a lil bag from Forever 21.

I have always loved DKNY's "cozy" sweater. They fit great, are warm and cozy, and are great for traveling. Personally I don't have an IPhone but I thought this was kinda cool.....
